as for the carbs, it probably depends person to person, but i probably eat something in between those two amounts at a meal. mostly i just stay away from most complex carbs and really watch the sugar. when i can do that, i feel pretty good (blood sugar wise). though the weight gets harder and harder to come off..........

Walked at Walmart, spent two hours watering front and back yard, took dig on a 30 minute walk!

Have been forgetting pedometer, but believe I worked 4.2 miles one day last week..in 8 hrs.


DX: Psoriatic Arthritis, Osteoporosis, Psoriasis
Meds: MTX since Oct 2009, 15mg/week. Cimzia-restarted after 2 yrs away.
Epidural Steroid Injections x8; Lumbar Radiofreq Ablation x2
SIJ Steroid Injection x3; Bilateral Radiofreq Ablation SIJ x9

the thermometer said ~80, but it felt really hot.

Sometimes with humidity 80F IS REALLY HOT! yes

First time over here at the physcial fitness section. I swam today for about 20 minutes, I rested and played with the kiddies :), but it was exercise in a sense.


Diet change has improved my RA. I feel best eating raw veggies and some fruits and avoiding grains, sugars, nightshades, beans and dairy. Sed rate dropped from 65 to 19, but it took over a year.

Yesterday I noodled in the pool for 45 minutes.

Today I swam 800 yds.
