If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

walking with Emily doing a few back exercises that make me sore, yet, seem to make me feel better
Go team go, rah, rah, you are all looking good! I am wearing a size smaller jeans since my hospitalization!!!!!
Good job! I am SO encouraged by your stick-to-it-ive-ness!

Today's run: 4.02 miles in 38:55 minutes. I went out before 6:00am this morning trying to avoid the heat. I have run the Deseret News July 24 10K every year since 1988. I did miss one year when I could not run because of the MS. I decided that I am not running it this year. I don't want to deal with the heat.

A lot of walking.
I am feeling stronger.
My hands are just throbbing with pain....nasty stuff
I am so thankful: I can lift Emily, I can walk, I can move hoses in the church yard, fix the fence so Lola doesn't squeeze through. work on the yard, change oil, clean the house...I am blessed and so thankful for what I have!!!
Go Team! You are doing Great! Rah Rah!!!
I keep the New Covenant, when I fail....I am pulled back into place by HIM.

I'm with you on the heat subject. Our church is having a night hike July 22nd, but I haven't signed up because if it's over 75F I get too hot.

Saturday run: 8.59 miles 1 hour and 36 minutes. Kind of a slow run, I had to walk a couple of times. I ran up American Fork canyon. I ran up past where the pavement ended, a little over a mile on the dirt road. I had to stop at one point and get the rock out of my shoe.

We got a couple of serious gully washers this afternoon! Nice to see rain after all those fires.
