If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Here the sun is not only setting earlier, but it is rising later. That worries me because I am signed up for a half marathon on Sept. 22, and it starts at 6:00 am. I don't really like running in the dark. I have twisted my ankle several tines while running in the dark. maybe you can run with a spelunking hat on

Today I cleaned house for an hour and noodled in the pool for 30 minutes. Go TEAM!

Got up at 5:30 this morning. I decided it was to dark to run outside so I went to the gym. I spent 30 minutes on the elliptical. Then I ran for about 1.2 miles out side. My GPS died again right after I hit the 1 mile mark. I guess I need to start saving for a new one.

maybe you can run with a spelunking hat on The spelunking hat would protect my head if I did fall. I do have a runners cap with lights on it. That is what I used last year while training for the marathon. 2 of the 4 lights don't work anymore. I may look into getting another one of those.

20km on the bike.
I am a night person, the thought of getting up at ungodly hours to do exercise will remain that - thoughts. If it ever happens I will gladly eat my hat.
