my walking consisted of walking around the grocery store for about an hour. i didn't need too much, but in a store i'm not usually in and everything was not where i expected it, so back and forth and back and forth we went.....found almost everything......and a few things i didn't know i wanted, in the process........

Silly is good!

Yesterday I did 1200 metres in the pool at a respectable hour so contrary to your worried replies there was no chance of hat eating today and I am quite sure that I won´t have to do it in the near future.

However 1 of my mottos is : Never say never.

When I studied Marketing in college I found that shops (supermarkets especially) actually move the products around the shop from time to time. The reason: That people get lost or confused and wander around and find other things they normally pass by or ¨don´t go down that aisle¨ and end up doing exactly what you did Sue - put a few extra things in the shopping basket.

Yesterdays run 11.69 miles in 2 hours 1 minute. I got up at 6 am to go running, and there was thunder and lightning. It was pouring rain. I went back to bed. Got up at 7 the rain had stopped so I went running. We do need the rain.

Let's see...
Saturday noodled in the pool for 25 minutes at a niece's birthday party.

Yesterday went to church, ate, ate some more, shopped for the best Palisade peaches, ate dinner, slept.

Today swam 1,000 yds with hubby. He swam 1,750 in the same time and I'm certain he's cheating. But I can't prove it.

Go TEAM! clap

Good job on the rugs Lon! cheerleader

HEY! shocked Be sure to count the acetaminophen in the vicodin?!?!

You're not supposed to have more than 3,000mg per day, spread out over 24 hours at 8 hr intervals!!! There is usually 500 mg per pill. eek2

!!!4,000 mg per day is now 3,000 mg per day!!!
