If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Whoah, Erica! That is so awful if somebody really stole it!!
I'm hoping if we all concentrate it will be found and you'll get your trike back, that there's some other reason that it has gone missing. Smart idea to post about it on Facebook. and Molly's idea of including that it belongs to a disabled person is a good one too methinks...might even give whoever did it a cause to reflect and correct what they did!

MOlly, I made a living in the woods years ago. But you are right....the one I use now is much smaller.. youmade me laugh!!
Eric, years ago I could beat up one or two men mch bigger than me, do you want that I should come down there.... to hulp ya?? really sad, really sad...
I am not much into spiritism, but if it will reduce that excuse f a man who stole it, go ahad and use Molly's hex!!!
Walking a litle every day.. I am stumbling and falling into things. bumping into things as I walk by. But for not being wanted, I am doig quie well and I do look froward to each day.
go team go. Dow, you slacker, get the leadout. Orch, cme on those mountain cats bite the neck first, hardly any pain to it.
so no excuses..... Erica, the thief probably rode it a short deistance and got off, look in local pawn shops... you will need a proof of purchase, to get it back.
much love to you all

Today's run because it was dark when I got up I went to the gym. 29 minutes on the elliptical. Then I ran outside for 2 miles in 28:47 minutes.
Lon: I don't know what the animal was, but it made a lot of noise as it ran thru the tree's and bushes. It may have been a deer, and I just couldn't see it. I have seen deer in that area before, but we know that other things follow deer hoping for a meal. There was a lot of traffic in the canyon, and that was more dangerous than the animals.
Erica: Sorry your bike was stolen. I don't know why people think it is more important for them to have it than you. I bought A bike several years ago, and about 2 weeks later it was stolen. I never replaced it.

1600 metres in the pool yesterday. 2 year old olympics today. Crawling around with a 20 kilo 2-year-old on my back is not good for me, but once a month is acceptable, twice and the doctor will be called. Opening up my business tomorrow morning, fingers crossed and still a lot of odds and ends to be tied but just to have the door open and starting class will be super duper (I hope).
Erica, I´m disgusted on 2 counts. 1 Your bike was stolen and 2 The price of the thing. I wouldn´t be surprised if it was my electrician - its just the sort of thing he would do. I hope you find a decent solution to the problem.

Hi Still no recovery of my trike. Thank you all for being so encouraging and indignant on my behalf. I posted it stolen on every local facebook page I could think of, and my buddies down at the sheriff's office and GJPD are on the look out. I also called every pawn shop and bike shop in town. Everyone is indignant! Steal a crippled old lady's trike will they! Yesterday I swam 750 yds with my hubby. Today we noodled in the pool with two nephews and a nie ce. Hey - we're at 400 pages and close to 4 million views! GO TEAM!

Hi Team! Lovely day today, high 80s and clear. Taught the 2nd NAMI class with two wonderful women. We have a class of 18, and the insight and feedback is just so amazing. It's my first experience with peer teaching and wow... it's the first time in 18 months that I've felt worthwhile. After class we went to watch our little great nephew play soccer. He's 5 so it was mostly just so cute I could hardly stand it. Then we were able to snag him for a couple of hours to swim and eat ice cream. We stayed in the pool for an hour, and it turns out I can do high fives with my feet while spinning in the deep end. Who knew? LOL ~I have to say that kids with autism [we have 2 in our family] are just so much more fun. Shhhh... don't tell anyone! Go TEAM!
