If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.
Half marathon yesterday 1 hour 59minutes. I have not been able to run a half in a couple of years so I am very pleased with that. I was running with the 2 hour pace runner most of the way. I would get ahead then he would catch up with me. At mile 12 I was running with the pace runner again, and he told me I am going let you run ahead because we are going a little to fast, I need to hold the 2 hour pace.

a really nice day, cool and crisp, but sunny and thus not too cold, as the sun warms the bones.

Monday we have an insurance inspector flying in from L.A. to inspect the whole premises.
My niece is in town from NYC though, and she is the bright spot in my week.
I walked a bit yesterday, and a bit today, and swam 650 yds today.
