wow Cindy...long time. So good to see a familiar face here. a lot has changed here, gonna take some getting used to but bit by bit I think I may be a regular here again.

I have metal in my lower back and like you, weak at top. I use a walker and it helps. I also use a back brace and that helps too. Surgeon told me to keep using it if it helps me stay upright. He told me how to use my walker better as well. Lean on your arms and try to keep the back straight. I haven't been on the boards as long as some of you but I had A.S. from age 28-32 went into remission and came out again a few years ago. 54 years old now. Thankful for the break to raise my kids but the progression is trucking right on over me wee little body!
