If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

No walk wednesday, but spent an hour walking around the grocery store, buying last minute items we forget, or decided late that we wanted for the T-day meal.
No walk yesterday, hip a bit wonky, so walking may have made it wonkier, and felt like I had a cold coming on; today wondering if its a flare?
And really no time, but up on my feet cooking most of the day (10 am til 6 pm with a few minibreaks in between). It was such beautiful weather, sunny and unseasonably warm....snow coming this weekend or so they say. Opened the window and was able to enjoy the outdoors a bit that way, as the oven had heated up the kitchen quite a bit.
I should try to go outside today. A bit colder, but the sun is currently out.

Hi guys. I haven´t been out for a while... The weather over here is pretty lousy. I haven´t seen the sun recently and it is raining quite alot. I have a bout of psoriosis ( how do I spell this?). They say the sun is good for it but I can´t seem to find it.
Hope to call again soon with more upbeat news.

Today's run ran 7.36 miles in 1 hour and 12 minutes in American Fork canyon. Not many people in the canyon. I saw 4 people fishing, 1 bike rider, and 1 other runner. Only a few cars going up and down the canyon. It was beutiful up there, people don't know what they are missing.

Orch that sounds so nice!
Yesterday we walked 1.5 miles, 35 minutes.
Yesterday it was around 50 and partly sunny. Today it was in the low 30s and we had a few snow flurries. Yep, winter's on its way.

@ErikaK Grumpy, you should ask my long suffering husband about that I am not as bad as I was now I have my AS more undercontrol I was always under a black cloud grumpy and irritable. Mon 1 1/2 hour ride Thurs 1 1/2 hour ride, would have been longer but very windy with big gusts. Lu was very jumpy, starting at things behind her (ouch my neck) etc so shortened the ride. It was bin day and the thought of an empty bin being blown over and sliding along the pavement was the last straw! Spent two hours blitzing the house still haven't finished, the rest will have to wait until tomorrow. BLITZING is extra points I'm sure! Lots of outdoor activity today-walking, fishing, picking up pinecones. Such great weather!! That's some GOOD exercise! Hi guys. I haven´t been out for a while... Hope to call again soon with more upbeat news. Sorry you're feeling down. Good job checking in though! Lots of 30 minute walks..

Thanks ! Airport walking is the best! Today's run ran 7.36 miles in 1 hour and 12 minutes in American Fork canyon. Not many people in the canyon. Winter weather walking! We went to Denver on Thursday to see our grandson and his parents. It's such a trip to hear our kids talk about making floats for the PTA. Love it! We went swimming with the kids on Friday at this awesome rec center in Brighton, and I managed to get in 1,000 yds in - but it was hard because playing was more fun! Then on Sunday we stopped halfway home to swim at Glenwood Hotsprings with our niece and nephews. I kept myself moving for one hour. There is something magic about swimming with kids. Makes me smile. Good job everyone! Go TEAM!

Lon - set up a compost heap. IF no garden per se, then offer to nearest neighbour who has got a compost heap. A compost heap is terrif. Maybe yr local recycling centre takes 'green' - raw - vegies to compost? As we have in Europe.
