I do my regular stretches... BUT today I did walk 1/2 hour in -43 weather (with the wind chill). It was so cold I thought I would freeze! Glad to get home into my nice warm house..... It was a good walk:)

Ran 3.1 miles (5K) in 29:59 minutes. I thought I was running faster than that until I looked at my watch.

1 hr. walking with Lola at the helm

she is now moving rigtht along and I can get a very good walk in. When she stops to smell, I stretch, works good

Emily now wants those piggy back rides, loves to giggle and wrestle with me...ah I love it.

Yesterday I ran about 2.5 miles. I didn't have my GPS, but I think that is about right.

Today's run 6.72 miles 1 hour and 19 minutes. I had one fast mile, but not so fast after that.
