Lon ans Sue good for you for that daily walk. I need to recommit to that! I've been very sporadic lately. My new job is keeping me super busy. Was so wiped out I fell asleep at 7:30 Friday night and slept 12 hours!!

Steve keep up the great work...I've never in my life been able to run...always sets my back in a downward spiral.

On feet most of day cleaning guest room, to make room for furniture from our bedroom, to make room for our first set of real bedroom furniture after 13.5 years of marriage. Yay!

Take care

45 minute brisk walk, house cleaning

finished the plumbing finally..

i worked five hours this morning, yard, fixing a wooden gate, etc. it was just great. yep I hurt, but I do feel stronger!

debating whether to get on the roof and cover the air conditioner. Lin would take away my privilges when she finds out. I tend to trip and fall.

Tonight was dance class... Tapping and ballet moves...husband and I ready to start up our circuit training again so planning to start tomorrow night. We have a treadmill, weight bench, stair step and hand weights, so we alternate 5 minute circuits on those items. Excited to get rid of 5 lbs I've gained since leaving classroom teaching and moving to central office for my school district.

Today's run 2.51 miles in 25 minutes.
Lon, my wife will not allow me on the roof anymore, balance issues.
I don't know what I will do when the boys move away. My wife likes Christmas lights on the top of the house.

I keep thinking I would like to get a jump rope, and see if I can still jump rope.

yesterday, on my feet for nearly 4 hours teaching lab. 1/2 hour break to eat in between, and what did i do? sit and eat? no! it was 70 degrees and partly sunny, so I heated the food and walked outside around the building twice.

then later after the chiro, went to the mall. parked in the middle, then walked from there to the end, to the other end, then back to the middle. more browsing than shopping for several hours.

then to the grocery store and more walking around.

oy did my feet hurt by the end of the day!

BUT.....

the fact that I could do all of that is real testament to all my doctors and what we are doing..... with that said, time to take more supplements!

much more sitting today....which as you all know makes the back hurt much more....all that walking about is actually good for us!

on another note:???? now what did I want to say?

ah yes! steve, i keep hearing radio commercials for this local handyman company. That sounds like a good idea for the jobs we want done but can't do ourselves, either due to lack of time, or lack of physical ability to. That might be an option for you?

Sue that IS a lot of walking! I'm just trying to get back to a daily walk. All 4 of us walked at park today for about 35 minutes... Just a start.
