If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

It was. Suggested I go here to the fitness team. I was dismissed from physical therapy today. Yeah I got kicked out of the gym, so now here I am. ( that rhymes ) Anyway, my arm is really screwed up. So I hope to get back feeling better through my team here. They can't do anything for me and sending my doctor the notes I continue to lose mobility after months of therapy. you need to find a "manual physical therapist". they did wonders for me in the past. after that, couldn't find one up here, my doc sent me to water physical therapy. i tried to explain my body to her, but she kept insisting i was just out of shape. within 3 sessions, she flared up everything worse than when i went there, so I too failed PT, but only because the PT did not understand my body. I suggest you find another PT, a manual PT; we can be helped, but only by those who realize we are not like the majority of people that go there: normal people with injuries. injuries heal, chronic problems must be managed, there is a difference, but not everyone understands that. Me: 2 days ago, walked 1 mile, 20 minutes yesterday, walked 1/2 mile, 10 minutes today, stayed indoors, once again battling this head cold

Finally walked today - a leisurely shopping day with a friend and our daughters. Probably walked 3.5 hours. My feet hurt so bad they feel like they are on fire. I guess I'll be paying for it tonight/tomorrow now. Ugh

Today was so warm! in the 50s and partial sun. nearly all the snow is gone too...melted! Such a pretty day for a walk, and no jacket, just a light turtleneck and polartec pullover. And not too wet so wore my good ole' sneakers. But end of the week, we'll be back to more seasonal temps and conditions ( ) 1.5 miles, 35 minutes

Yesterday was a perfect ski day. We had fresh snow from the last two days, but it was the sale for yearly Recreation Center pass from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Instead of skiing I went to get my yearly family gym pass. I did save money by purchasing it then. I did spen 46 minutes of the elliptical. I told my wife 12 years ago I would have went running even with the snow on the road. 12 years ago we did not have much traffic in our area. This area has really expanded in the last 10 years. They are putting in some trails in the area.

I have made a bad bad bad example this past few weeks! Today my stats - nothing. Day before - did, let's see... ZERO exercise. Day before = zilch. Tomorrow I promise I'll get back into the pool! I loved the warm water at the gym pool, but it didn't like me. Maybe I'll try it later in the year, but for now I'm getting back in the cooler water at the U. Go TEAM!

69 degrees here..in january! and me stuck inside a good part of the day. But it was nice walking to and from my car, without a jacket, just a shirt and a sweater.
tomorrow, back in the 30s....and back to walking.....

Hi Team Today I did ~~~ wait for it ~~~ 30 whole minutes of YOGA! It's not swimming, but hey it was -11F when I woke up and that did not make me want to rush out and get into the pool. Also, Saturday I completely forgot to log in 2.5 hours of cleaning while sobbing. Wednesday is 2 years, and if anyone before would have told me that it's possible to do mundane tasks while actively grieving I would have told them they were on crack. But, my life as it is now, goes on. We just got a baby great-nephew on Christmas day and we are getting our 4th grandson in about 3 weeks. Thanks to all of you for keeping me inspired!

I am not sure what a " manual " physical therapist is but it sounds illegal in Indiana. I will have MRI results Monday, I am not going to have surgery period. No matter what the results show...period. I need to strengthen my left rotator cuff ASAP Iam not sure how to begin.
