Hi Everyone,

I have just written a new blog post about depression in AS. I think it's something we all should talk about.

I suspect many of you have had similar experiences to me?

Good one, Ricky. Should be required reading for every person dx with spondylitis and for every rheum, PT etc. Way to go writing it, and yeah, we are not alone.

Hi Ricky,
I think you did a good job writing your article. It is hard to know how to cope with chronic pain physically and especially emotionally.
Thank you.

Keep up the good work, take care.

Diet change has improved my RA. I feel best eating raw veggies and some fruits and avoiding grains, sugars, nightshades, beans and dairy. Sed rate dropped from 65 to 19, but it took over a year.
