Thank you everyone, so very much. Please keep 'em coming. The gears are in motion . . you know, all the buying a house stuff doesn't happen immediately, but so far it looks good! Praying that no one else wants it right now, (which isn't likely, the real estate listing was very unflattering, and it's nowhere near the nicest or only house for sale on the block) so that we can get our offer in and accepted. The mortgage payment, including taxes and insurance, would only be about $310/month for 15 yrs.
The horses are in pasture, they're safe right now. And yes, we'd get them back. Hoping it goes well . . . we'll probably know by next week, I think.
