Hi guys,

I am still exercising just been busy making the most of the summer we have actually had for once. I am also trying to spend less time glued to the computer and actually get rid of the backlog of things to do!

I have done lots of horseriding getting to know my friends new horse.
Lots of cycling and walking while on our holiday and currently I am being really good and walking with my son to school and back most days since he started back last week (just moved up to High School arghhh where has the time gone!)

Now the nights are drawing in I should be checking in more often again smile

Wow, my hubby and son and his friend go indoor skydiving every 7 weeks or so (its expensive). They love it, the last couple of times my son and his friend have been flying together which is great fun watching them manoeuvre around each other. Next time father and son are going in together!

They tried getting me to have a go but I am afraid I used my body as an excuse, you are in a clear tunnel and everyone is watching I don't think my body could form the shape required it would be very embarrassing blush. I will stick to horseriding.

Sorry I've been out for a couple of weeks. Bad RA, AS, and HM flare up all in 10 days.... Uff - soooooo glad that's over. Yesterday and the day before I noodled in the deep end of the pool for about 20 minutes each time. The day before that I rode my trike 2 miles. SLOW BUT DETERMINED!

Go TEAM! clap

Hi Team 1cup

I grabbed a t-shirt out of my husband's drawer yesterday, because it was one of those days I wanted a big shirt.

As it turns out it was his football shirt.

Walking around town with my friend, SO many people said "hey, how 'bout those broncos"... I could not figure out why people kept saying that to me, as it had never happened before in my life.
confused2

Eventually I figured out what was going on, but in the meantime I walked 1.5 miles!

Today I swam 650 yds, and the day before the bronco day I swam 500 yds.

Hope everyone is having a wonderful early fall/spring wherever you are! roll

Go TEAM! clap

Out in Virginia I made a 3 mile run, and a 2.5 mile run. Where we were staying out side of Richmond they had no shoulder on the road. Not the best place to go running.

Ran 2.6 miles this morning (Tuesday). No one else showed up to run at 5:30 this morning so I was on my own in the dark. About 3/4 mile into the run my lite started to flicker so I turned it off. I would turn it back on when a car was coming.
