is that a sauerkraut yogurt?

to those in the UK....do we have that sort of thing here?

is sugar, the type found in soda pop, bad for IBS/sensitive stomachs?

Nope... no way I could eat that grin

I eat sauerkraut for the probiotics to heal my gut.

I eat yogurt more because I like it and it is a healthy food if organic and has probiotics. If you want to heal the gut, unsure how much helps. But it is better food choice than all your junk foods, high sugary foods, heavily processed foods etc...

I love yogurt and adding some fruit to it to eat... blueberries, raspberries, blackberries...

Tim

Hello John,

Gosh.. the jars I purchase do not say to eat within 48 hours.. nor when I made my own did those with recipe state either.

If the sauerkraut has friendly bacteria, generally only instructions I see is after opening has to be refrigerated. As once opened the "Fermentation" process stops and then the little critters need to stay cold to be able to live.

I generally eat one fork full a day... any more I spend too much time visiting the bathroom.

My ancestry is all German... I could eat the stuff all the time as I like it. But for reason stated above I do not.

Best to you,

Tim
