If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Probiotics helped me as well, but Humira helps me more.
This is the first two week period of time since I started Humira in June that I've not gotten constipated by the end of week two prior to my shot.
Good bowels for the past 2 weeks.

Spondyloarthropathy, HLAB27 negative Humira (still methylprednisone for flares, just not as often. Aleve if needed, rarely.) LDN/zanaflex/flector patches over SI/ice vits C, D. probiotics. hyaluronic acid. CoQ, Mg, Ca, K. chiro walk, bike no dairy (casein sensitivity), limited eggs, limited yeast (bread)

Saltire>>>>>>> Sounds like I may be on a similar journey to you. Had your symptoms, especially the mucus stools. Also lots of rumbling stomach and been under some stress for a while. Doc referred me for a colonoscopy and they found mild inflammation in bowel. They took biopsies whilst they were in there (boy is a colonoscopy a weird feeling? - poss my fault for refusing gas or sedation - not painful, just weird) - and found I had Ulcerative Colitis.
Been referred to a Gastro Enterologist to look at starting some treatment. Hope whatever they prescribe stops the weight loss as I'm getting a little too slim.
Anyway, hope this is helpful, although I realise similar symptoms don't necessarily mean the same diagnosis. Hope they get to the bottom of it soon (pun intended!) and things improve for you soon.
In the absence of any meds from the docs, I have been taking some IBS relief supplements which have helped with loose stools and urgency. Things are a bit calmer. The main ingredient is peppermint oil, which is good at relieving GI tract problems. It can be taken as a liquid, but much easier in capsule form.

More discomfort than sore. Like a feeling of stomach always being in turmoil, with lots lots of rumbling, growling noises. Bloating and churning over. No blood in stools yet, but they are urgent when the need is there. Usually wake up not needing toilet, but withing 10-15 mins the urgency makes you get up. Always very loose but not watery - like thick broth (hope no one eating whilst reading this!). Weight loss is the big worry now. I'm 6'4" and down to under 11 stone (US 154lbs). No treatment until I have seen the gastro consultants, because the inflammation is over the full length of colon. It's the NHS, so always waiting.
