Call me a glutton for punishment but got back on track with doing 45 minute sessions instead of 30 minute ones (2 in a row now! one last night and one just now and a 30 minute one yesterday too).. why oh why can't the 30 minute ones work like they use to... think I have heard Dr. Reveille hint that in AS you need 45 minutes not just 30 .. Guess that's where am at... Told you guys I'd post too much!!!
Keep up the fight everyone!
I know I'm about to go into quasi-fight mode with my the new dose on my shots, NSD and my routine... I'm putting this baby down for good.
Yesterday was warm, sunny, and still. A nice day for a 1 mile walk.

Weekends are good. 1.5 mile walk yesterday and today. Cold and windy, but a warm winter coat and a good hat and scarf and its all good.
Good job!
It's still freakishly warm here, too. I wore flipflops to class today!

Oh Yay! I love to make people feel better!
Yes, it's hard to be positive when we wake up every darned day in pain!

That sounds fun Lon!
Did she like it?
As per my usual, I've been swimming for 30-45 minutes every other day and riding my trike around town as much as weather permits.
Okeedokee, here's my inspirational video for the week!

I am still here, and still working out. I run and lift weights every Tuesday, and Thursday. I am running in a 5K tomorrow morning. I have just been to lazy to post. I am trying to get a referal for a physical therapist. I am lifting weights trying to get my sholder back where it should be. I want to make sure I am doing the correct thing. Happy Thanksgiving everyone.
Was sick last week…just a head cold…..so haven't done much walking the last week or so….
But snow here (a white thanksgiving ), so definitely will go out this afternoon….will report back…..
