Yesterday another 30 minutes on the elliptical, and 30 minutes of lifting weights. Tomorrow I think I will go running in the canyon to get out of the inversion.

Is sitting with an icepack on the SI considered exercise? probably not!

I did take a 1 mile walk, 20 minutes indoors at work on Friday (so snowy outside already this year)…..will we have a white christmas?

Fergus: congrats on stopping smoking! My parents did that; I can only imagine how hard that must be……

Erica: Thanks for being such a great motivator!

Lon, Buggy, Steve: good to see you out and about kicking AS!

Made my run in American Fork canyon. I ran up 2.6 miles, and then back down 2.6 miles for a total of 5.2 miles. I drive about 3 miles up the canyon to start out of the inversion we have going on here. The ranger showed up as I was getting out of my truck. Checked my canyon pass, and asked if I was going snow shoeing. I would like to get some snow shoes someday, and give that a try.

We took a walk yesterday (Christmas).

Distance? maybe a mile or so.

Time? maybe out there for 45 minutes or so.

It snowed Tuesday so we had a white christmas.

Its snowing now…..

Walked Thurs, Sat, Sun about a mile or so for 30 minutes each day.

Fri walked around the mall and grocery store: ~5000 steps.

Today much colder, walked around running errands, but that's about it.
