Started laughing when you said about the toes, mine do that to. Champs in my legs, side by my liver, I swear my brain would cramp if it could. I have started drinking coconut water which is very high in potassium (boy is hit hard to swallow, yuck) maybe once a day them I drink the electrolyte infused water the rest of the day.

Going to doctor next month to see what he has to say about it.

Yes, my toes and feet have been cramping for years just as you describe with the toes crossing and also pulling along the inside of the sole/arch. In addition to muscle relaxers and magnesium citrate, I found that going to bed with a heating pad at my feet helped, and/or wearing warm socks. Somehow the heat really helps, even though I didn't perceive my feet to be cold. Also, since I started biologics, it happens much less frequently. In the past I had this problem every day/night.

Just for fun, I have to mention that a tendon in the front of my neck "cramps" or spasms when I yawn sometimes, like a taut cord similar to the one on the inside edge of my foot!
