Hi Team!  I'm swimming every other day still. Mostly riding my trike to the pool. Today I swam for 40 minutes, which is 10 longer than usual. Working back up to an hour.  It's tiring, but I'm gonna do it! Go TEAM!

Krav Maga Level III/ IV plus Tuesday: 90 minutes
My old partner from awhile back whom I love as a partner in Krav had her baby and is back in action with buggy! Lots of Krav maga exercises and Gun attacks/defenses against them!

Thanks Erika! Krav Maga has been a life saver for me in every sense of the word. My bones still hurt even with the Humira but Krav makes it more bearable!

Well I went ahead and did 4 sets of 12* ounce curls. Exhausted after that one.
