If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

I woke up today feeling better than I've felt in weeks. Still fatigued as all get out, but the pain had taken the back seat for the day. I even went in to work a couple hours early to get some extra work done. Break time rolled around and I thought I'd go outside and toss the frisbee around with my coworkers (gotta keep moving ... right?) Anyway, somehow I lost my balance and went down HARD on the concrete parking lot. My left shoulder took the brunt of the impact and I heard a subtle "pop". It hurts pretty bad, but I've found that since I've had AS, my tolerance for pain has increased pretty significantly.
I'm sure there's a lesson in here somewhere but, if my past is any indication, I won't learn it.
Have a great - and pain-free - weekend, fellow ASkickers.
