If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Erica- it just got up to 80 this week. When I am outdoors I drink so much water / and when playing with the grandkids, now, we are in the wading pool. I either sit in it, or am being splashed by the whole family.
Once we have a heat stroke kind of thing, it is tough to recover. Mowing and walking for me- on my feet 6 hours Friday morning.
I keep the New Covenant, when I fail....I am pulled back into place by HIM.

Saturday I ran 4.5 miles outside. I started late, and it was getting hot so I went to the gym, and went 1.5 miles on the elliptical.

Ok I went to the pool on friday and did 1000 metres and on sunday I repeated this. Well I did 1200 actually. All good apart from a pain in my neck but am going to the hospital tomorrow. We´ll see if it gets better after that....
Keep moving TEAM!!!!!!!

Had a food flare finally then woke up 30 minutes later to a cookie and milk then my elliptical for 30. I actually felt better after the flare and during the elliptical I was able to use some of the joint and the fatigue and shortness of breath wasn't so bad in the sauna. Was much worse 30 minutes to an hour after my shower and it just kept locking up from there. Severe pain and compression woke me up again. But I feel better now that I'm up.
I'm trying to figure out if this is a good thing or a bad thing though because maybe I'm just noticing the pain more as I get better. I know the creepy crawlies are bad wheather that's a bug or just inflammation, I'm unsure.

Spent the last 4 days moving the lab, on feet all day long, back and forth between the two labs…..for ~8 hours three days and 13 hours the last day….that was exercise enough….feet are sore, but normal plantar fasciitis, not like before Humira….Humira makes me able to live my life….so thankful
