Moving an office is a lot of exercise smile

Had a student help me pack up and then unpack the heavy stuff to save my wrists.

Settling in…..

I walked 50 minutes with Lola and Lin.
Then I worked 3 hours on the deck, sawing and bending. Nearly finished, only been a year.....
but it does look nice and we are / have been using it since last September.

And I'm exhausted!

Walked at least 3 miles last night at Spin City. That place is bright AND loud, but we raised lots of money and had over 50 people this year.

I'm swimming every other day as usual.

Go TEAM! clap

After the morning walk and deck bu9ilding; we did go tot he County Fair. Food was good, I did bloat and get stiff. But I was able to walk for several miles.
I always enjoy seeing the livestock and the free music!

go team go! I have two months to get in shape for the Elk hunt!

Last sunday we walked around an arts and crafts festival for a few hours.

Yesterday we walked out to the back of the field, to the cell tower, to see the osprey (babies)…too high up to see much…used the binoculars to see momma sitting on the edge of the nest and babies flapping their wings now and then.

On the way back, stopped at this tiny little "magical" pond. At least a dozen cedar wax wings flitting about over the pond, between the trees lining the opposite side of the pond. The sounds of bullfrogs. A wood thrushes flute-like lilt in the background. A mourning dove cooing in the background as well. So peaceful and quiet except for the sounds of wildlife. Hard around here to find a space devoid of manmade noise.

Saturday morning I ran 4 miles. Then I walked about a mile to the gym to meet my wife. I lifted some weights. After the weights my wife said she had 5 more minutes on the machine she was on. I got on the elliptical and went another mile.

That sounds great Sue. I wish we had a pond like that around me.
