Well, so after that weeks long flare, I started to get up and at it again... only to have a two week bout of dizziness/HMish thing. Finally I figured it out, rested for a couple of days, figured out what I was eating that could cause it and v'oila! PEANUTTS!!!
So, now I'm back paying attention to my diet and eliminating all nightshades and non-tree nuts.
Today I had an absolute blast biking around town about 4 miles and then swimming for 20 minutes.

Okay, I admit that this has nothing to do with exercise, but it is a hilarious prank.

Ha! Little E followed me around tonight while I took down all the hanging baskets. He had a lot to say, but he's bilingual in baby so it's hard to tell what he's saying precisely.

yesterday we went up to the lake (lake ontario) a little before sunset and walked along the beach and then along the path. the lack of the sound of traffic and only the sound of crashing waves and seagulls was very nice. beautiful sunset, beautiful scenery. very peaceful.
walked about 55 minutes, about 2 miles, maybe less.
