If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Got up in the wee early hours of morning, grabbed my flashlight. Headed out the door into the darkness. Started running down the street, and then up the hill. Seems like the hill was not so steep 10 years ago. After making it to the top of the hill the course levels out for about 1/2 a mile then the down hill starts. I run against traffic, and cars who don't dim there brights make it hard for me to see the road ahead. Some times I think I should run with the traffic. Running with the traffic I would not have the bright lights blinding me. At the end I logged another 3 miles running this morning.

another beautiful fall day for a walk, very warm, in the 60s i think. pretty fall colors though becoming muted. still i like the browns of late october almost as much as the fiery reds and bright yellows of early to mid october. walked about a mile to a mile and a half in about 45 minutes...lots of picture taking. the sunset and clouds were very pretty.

Something about this fall (USA) weather makes me feel happy! Maybe it's that I can actually be outside without the heat heating me! Anyway, same same here. Riding my trike, swimming, and sewing. Yes, I know that sewing is not a sport per se. However, it does require sitting up straight and using my hands and arms so I'm counting it! Go TEAM!

Woke up at 5:10 am this morning saw it was 35 degrees Fahrenheit. Thought I am not ready for this cold weather running yet, and got back in bed. I laid in bed for 10 minutes then thought I had better go running. Got up, got dressed, grabbed my gloves, and took off running. It was not all that cold. 3.1 miles later I was done. On Saturday I ran for 6.1 miles.

Good grief! What is all this about cold weather? I looked outside at lunchtime and decided that my skin could live without this burning sun yet again today- so I stayed in and had a leisurely lunch.
Saturday 750 metres in pool Sunday 1000 metres in pool. Sunday fooling around in Angry Bird park with my 4 year old etc.. I think it is worth counting.Enough sun anyway

Fergus is it cold there as well? I imagine your island as always warm and sunny. Off to the atlas I go! Good job swimming and angry birding! Go TEAM!
