If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Erika (and Fergus) - cataract surgery. One eye at a time. Usually about three months apart. No ophthalmologist will do two cataracts at the same time / same person ! Also, can now get multi focal lens replacement - also takes care of astigmatism.
Ensure you get the phacoemulsification op. No stitches with this. Phaco is common all over the world, but, still some places that only offer the old cut, stitch op.
The operated eye is covered for a couple of days. Wrap around specs are worn to protect from wind and debris. If one wears specs, then remove the lens corresponding to the operated eye and have the optician pop in a plain non-ophtho 'lens'. You will need this to protect the eye. Do the same for the second eye op. Care must be taken for the first month, and to be catreful of heavy lifting, heavy work and etc etc. You can check it out on line.
Take care -

Pulling wood from the snow and splitting it and stacking. quite a chore and it would not be worth it if I was working full time. but It keeps me strong, if I can stand the pain.
go team go!

Good cycle for me yesterday. Dont know time or distance. Maybe 1.30 hours or so. Nice fun and was well tired at the end.
Am finding that I sleep much better after I've done sone exercise that day.

Hellooooooo team! Sorry so long between check-ins. I've been busy busy busy with sewing advent calendar pouches for my grandsons. SOMEHOW this seemed much easier when I thought…. it's only 96… Still swimming every other day. Today I only swam 20 minutes. I ate BBQ chips for lunch, and had to get out of the pool to puke. Yep… let that be a lesson to you! No BBQ chips before swimming! So, on to my fitness guru! I LOVE THIS GUY'S METHOD! Anyone seen any cool dance videos lately? As luck would have it, I have! Click here to watch, because I can't fig...hubby's mac... Go TEAM!! cop
