Saturday ran 5.5 miles in American Fork Canyon. This morning ran 1.3 miles.

Hi team! I've been working on the latest blanket building and still exercising in between. Here's the YouTube if the event. Soon it will be Valentines, then after that will be the half-price chocolate. I regret (sort of) that I've not exercised during the winter cold, so I took the stairs on occasion from the parking level I have to use. So, two flights of stairs last week.
DX: Psoriatic Arthritis, Osteoporosis, Psoriasis
Meds: MTX since Oct 2009, 15mg/week. Cimzia-restarted after 2 yrs away.
Epidural Steroid Injections x8; Lumbar Radiofreq Ablation x2
SIJ Steroid Injection x3; Bilateral Radiofreq Ablation SIJ x9

2.6 mile run this morning. It has been so warm here this winter I am worried about our water supply. It does make for nice running weather.

1/2 priced chocolate! where, when ..... should I bring my truck?
snow removal....40 minutes at Rec. for first time in months..
walk the river, swim a bit, more major joints under water... yep it was good. no hot tub tho!!!!!

Hi TEAM!
Good job running, taking stairs, shoveling snow, going to the gym. IT ALL KEEPS US MOVING!
I'm still triking, swimming, paying with little E, and making blankets.
Life is good here in western Colorado!

snow is melting- walked with Lin and Lola........ 1/2 hour
I climb the basement stairs 20 times a day- checking the stove- keeping the fire hot.
Keep moving - still got the sinus infection- 6 weeks. I am waiting for the call to go in to the clinic.

On Saturday I did a 6.5 mile run followed by a .9 mile walk with my wife.
