Hey everyone,

Today I ride my trike to the park to visit with my niece and 5 of her 6. It was soooooo nice!

As you probably know, I've been living my life in and out of bed since late 2008. But because of the encouragement here I've been exercising and become willing to try different therapies and meds.

Lon, I've been doing lots of baby lifting. The giggling really helps my core strength!

Steve I've gotten back on the elliptical! 10 minutes and then swim, but it's wonderful!

Anyway, thank you!

Go team! clap

Erica- yep, love those grandkids.
I am going to try and ride the stationary bicycle more. soon I will be walking the kids to the park. My goal is to be able to do a chin up again.
I am walking the current 25 minutes 3 times a week, and swimming ever so little. I just can't turn and get a breath, so I will buy the snorkel and give it a try.
I do climb the stairs 10-=20 times a day because we burn wood-coal in the basement.

go team go...Steve you are leading the way! Thank you all very much!!!

Sue you're getting all of our snow! It was 61F here today. Such a weird winter here. My poor little Asian apple trees are already budding. So glad to "see" you here my friend. Glad the meds are working for you so well after everything you had to go through to get them!

Oh my gosh Lon. Our littlest one is saving my sanity... literally. I just love those grandkids!

( So pastor Lon, here's something totally unrelated to exercise. My church community is doing a one year bible study. You know about how active I've become in mental health as it relates to the church. But hey think about this... Simon Peter changed the entire direction by passionately recounting his visions and the things he heard. I am positive that his being the one who trailblazes past the unclean/clean dilemma is more meaningful than just a surface story. )

Anyway... Today I vacuumed and dusted my house for 4 hours. Sheesh! Two days of HVAC guys climbing in and out of the crawl spaces can really make a place dusty!

Go TEAM! clap

Soooooo is this a good thing for us?

Sometimes these studies make me feel like I'm living in a weird Woody Allen movie.

Isn't this whole pain & infirmity deal a result of too good an immune system?

Sue can you dumb down a scientific explanation for me?

Hey! So I have a totally unexpected pain in my shoulder that I've NEVER had. REALLY?! Cracks me up how random this whole arthritis is... Playing shenanigans with my joints. Oh well, other than the stupid shoulder, today was great. Birthday party for the 2yr old. Riding the stationary reclining bike & swimming. Quilting ladies get together. Then Mexican food & a movie. Life is good today. Go TEAM! clap

Erica- I do not know of a surface story in the Bible! You are so right about the meaning found in those histories. I am teaching a small group again on WED. night. they just wanted the Bible, sort of tired of Video series. So I am thrilled at the discussion and the helpful keys to living I am gaining.

I am afraid some of our churches are not healthy mentally and have a shallow faith. I am glad to hear of your happy journey.
