Can anyone recommend a brand of Curcumin that does not have any fillers. Life Extensions bio-curcumin has fillers- I tested it with iodine and it turned black.
Thanks!!
Marisa

Hi,
There was a thread on this a while back

https://www.kickas.org/ubbthreads/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=504840&page=1

The brand recommended was this one http://turmeric-curcumin.com/
I haven't personally tried it as I am in the UK though would love to.

Hope this helps

I've just bought doctor's best curcumin c3 complex, tested it with iodine and sure enough it turned black frown
Wondering if it's still worth it because of the many benefits.
I have also read up on injectable curcumin, which is massively better because of the bad bioavailabilty of curcumin.
Anyone here have any experience with injectable curcumin?
