Has anyone done anything different with their LDN dosing schedule when 4.5 mg is no longer anywhere near as effective as it was?

I'm wondering if twice daily would have any further benefit? And if I did try twice daily, is it a matter of splitting the 4.5 mg dose (to 1.5 and 3) or do you double up on it and take 4.5 each time? Can't seem to find any research on this, though I have heard that some disease processes do benefit from the twice daily schedule.

Hello , had no idea about LDN before your post . I googled it and was very happy to read about it.
So do you take LDN with Humira or without Humira?

Thank you and good luck

I'm not eligible for biologics in the UK, and I've run out of options for other meds (can't take NSAIDs any more, and allergic to SSZ), so LDN is my only regular treatment, plus prednisolone short courses when I get desperate (two weeks about every three months). I believe you can take LDN with humira and other biologics. The only thing you really can't take with LDN is any form of opiates. I did have to come off codeine before I could start LDN

Yes, I started at 4.5 mg and doc bumped me up to 6 mg after it started losing effectiveness.
