After seeing so many posts around here about exercise and maintaining range of motion, I've been testing various pieces of physical therapy equipment at home and wanted to share my findings with you.

I narrowed my collection down to four main pieces that cost me less than $75, total:
- Foam Roller
- Pull-Up Bar
- Lacrosse Ball
- Balance Board

If it weren't for KickAS, I wouldn't have even started looking into the foam roller or the balance board, but both have worked wonders for me.

Thanks a million for your post and blog...

Seeing your list in detail on your blog you have brought to my attention that my brother has a pull-up bar a home and I only used it once the first day he brought it, for 3 seconds(lol) and shoved it in a corner.

I am going to use it for 3 minutes more regularly in future....

Once again, thank you
