I am HLA-B27+ but RF- and my blood levels are always down. I chased inflammation results for years until I was active in the right place and bam, my Celebrex was doubled and I was put on Humira. I've only had three shots (waiting for the next any minutes from my SIL) but today because things are wide spread, I asked the Rheumy to add MTX.
PUSH to see the Rheumy as 50% of us have normal ESR/CRP levels so that is not the end all. I have signs of RA in the Occiput area that is active but as I said, negative on the RF factor. It's not a perfect program AS follows!
