If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

20 minute walk with Lin & Lola. I am also digging a small retaining wall near the side of the house, so the trailer is on level ground.
Come on team move!

Hello Team!!! All is well in western Colorado. We are painting, landscaping, roofing... All with whichever family "kids" are available to help. Sure wish I could figure out how to make a slide show for y'all as we progress. I've had both cataracts done now, AND IT'S SO MUCH FUN TO SEE!! Goooooo TEAM!

Congrats on cataract op Erica - it is such a brilliant op, and yes, seeing and seeing colours again - magic - be careful about carrying heavy stuff and bending down etc for 4 weeks following op - take care -

Erica- I am glad that you have had successful surgery. I need laser surgery to clean up the debris behind the lens.
I walk every day. Leveling a path for my trailer. I feel so very stiff and heavy, but I am so thankful.

Been active and moving around, housework, photographing the flowers and flowering trees and bushes in the yard, walking around, but not really keeping track of time or distance...I will start keeping track soon....good to be done grading and not have to be sitting so much, though have a thesis to edit over the next few weeks which will tie me down again....but summer is my time to move around more. Erica, yes, seeing is awesome!

Hellooooooooo!!!!! My eyes are so cool! I can see for MILES. :-D At this moment I'm watching a cartoon with my goddaughter without glasses. My hubby and I bought a serious fixer, so I've been gardening like crazy and swimming e/o day. I hope you are all having some fun in some sun. Goooooo TEAM!!!

Hi all,
Finally checking in.
It must be lovely to be able to see properly again Erica, you all sound as though you have been busy with all sorts.
Still exercising with yoga and swimming, making minute improvements in some things in yoga that I don't notice until suddenly I can do something. This week I managed to do a headstand and get my legs up all by myself (with someone 'footing' for me so I didn't fall over backwards)!!! I am always wary of doing anything involving my neck. Oh the things you did as a child without a second thought.
I have been busy tidying the garden and sanding some furniture down to refinish. Not done so much walking but hoping to find the time to fit it in again.
I have been doing a stained glass evening class too, nothing like needing to be working on something to concentrate the mind. Less computer time, more creating and I feel so much better for it.
Keep at it everyone

Walking....
oh I see I haven't been posting.
Took several 1-1.5 miles walk in the last few weeks.
Tonight, walked for 15 minutes before having to get back to work. Weather was lovely.
