If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

I'm going to have been without my LDN for nearly a week before I can get another supply (prescription lost in the mail and I didn't realise it hadn't been received until I had run out). Is there going to be any problem just starting straight back in at my usual 4.5 mg dose? Or should I start lower?

I can't really say. I'd probably start at the 4.5 mg and if it seems weird, then lower it. That's what I would do, but then again, I never had any negative side effects to my LDN ever. I did start low and ramp up at the beginning, but I ramped pretty quickly...no idea the details now.

Thanks Sue. As it turned out my next bottle arrived much quicker than I had expected so I was only without it for 3 days, and just started straight back in at 4.5 mg.

glad you got it so quickly and hoping a few days off doesn't hurt.
