While at Hart MOuntain Ranch with friends- I did walk every day. I did ride the bicycle quite a bit. My pain I snot lower, the simponi might give me more energy. B8ut I hope to exercise at an increasing rate. Maybe add swimming, with the snorkel since I can not turn my head and get a breath. I am in better shape walking that my two buddies.
Go team go!

Nice to see everyone jumping on the movement mill for fall.
As per my usual I've been swimming e/o day for 30 minutes. Also walking 5 miles per week now. Creaky from the weather change, but so is everyone else I know.
So, two weeks ago I got one of those [you know the type] obnoxious deep shoulder/neck muscle spasm.
After about a week I remembered about a resistance stretching technique that I was taught in massage school 37 years ago. Wow my brain just clicked in to that from NOWHERE.
Anyway, I started GENTLY resistant stretching that muscle three days ago and it's already almost gone! :cheerleader

Thanks for the stretch tips! I've doing some in the mornings before my walk and before bed but will definitely add some from these videos as it is my hip and sciatic that are giving me the most trouble. Last night was the first time I slept all night In I can't remember when. I credit it to stretching and getting up from my desk and stretching throughout the day! Thanks
watched the video several times, next week I will try the exercise....lol
I will need to take my morphine before I get close to this. But I know I can not give up or give in. Thanks again. I am walking Lola, riding the bicycle hope to get in shape for time in the woods.
