We returned from Philippines and Annie had severe pains that included probable plantar fasciitis, knee edema, wrist pains, shoulder and clavicle pains, and fatigue.
It got so severe that she went for a pred taper.
Two months from the pred has surely worn off and she is doing great:
1) Cipro to clear out Proteus mirabilis (she has had UTI in past).
2) Grape, cranberry, tart cherry juices.
3) Acupuncture (probably not very effective).
4) Mercola's diet--Yes it is essentially NSD!
5) EVOO and borage seed oil (BIG help).
6) LDN 2.5mg daily for previous three weeks.
All the pains have relented, thankfully. I wish everyone was so easy to treat and I know most cases that are long-established will be much more difficult, but keep at it; there is HOPE.

Ouch John - But right glad RA beast etc under control now. Great that your wife is on LDN...Yea.

OK over here in France, except for cruddy cervicals and, what looks like will turn out to be a trapped popliteal artery with horrible claudication. More diagnostics coming up, then travel 'forever' to see the specialist.

Annie is still doing very well on her oils, LDN, and LGS protocol. Very minor hand issues (knock wood).
She was (as were we all) grateful that You shared with us some of Lovely Lin's last moments, and asks about You often. I tell her how tough AS makes us and that every experience is our growth and gain. She's a caring soul and sends her warmest regards.
