Though on Humira, I've had very little gastritis and the Humira keeps the constipation under control and rarely have the undigested food / diarrhea problem.

But this week, it all really flared, 2 days after humira shot.

Was doing all my normal: lots of ginger and mint teas, eating more often, more starches, but it was getting worse each day...and overnight was the hardest...

so, this morning, I took my first IBgard (Enteric Coated Peppermint Oil Capsule) and almost immediately, my stomach and intestines felt better. Took a second late afternoon and about to take a 3rd. Amazed how well it seems to be working.

Peppermint in all it's forms is a very old and recognised treatment for digestion problems. They do say the old ones are the best and if it works for you
