Well, perhaps it is a fool's errand, but I'm taking some immune boosters well before I go out shopping. Not all that anxious about this virus and strongly believe that it will be gone very soon!

With any disease, it is important to get it under control for just such an eventuality; either risk factor might not be fatal, but the combination could be!

So, many of us have a fear of boosting our immune systems because AS symptoms could worsen; I understand this. My ESR has remained between 2 and 8 for several years now, whereas it was once >100. I recently learned my sister the microbiologist never had ESR below 100 and now at age 73 we learn she is HLA B27 positive. Thanks, mom!

Daily I take almost 3g vitC and 1g is liposomal.
1g chaga mushroom.
20mg PQQ (pyrroloquinoline quinone)
5000IU vitD
1000IU vitA
Hemo Him (a Korean company--Atomy--makes this)
150mg Zimc
100mg vitB6
And I have colloidal silver in my sanitizer, infused in my handkerchief, and for reusing my N95 mask.

I don't know that any one of us will avoid getting the virus, but just like my hypocrite governor Sisolak, I am hoarding hydroxychloroquine or what we have used for many years: Plaquenil. Haven't taken any yet, but first signs I'm all in!

The point of flattening the curve is to avoid crowding the hospitals all at once and my issue is staying away from hospitals and doctors; six miles is better than six feet!

Hope everyone is doing well and staying away from everyone else!

HEALTH,

John

Sounds like a good approach to me. I have cranked up the garlic intake. My wife says I should be safe no one will come near me. Kind of like the idea of that for now.
