How many of you get a noticeable rise in body temperature during a flare, or even a temperature rise when in your "normal" state.

I have had 2 occasions where felt like I had the flu, headache, body ache, chills, low grade fever. On both occasions I tested negative for both flu and covid

I get that, sometimes. I feel like I'm burning up, then it eases. Probably just a part of the process for some of us.

Thanks for responding, I have read somewhere that autoimmune flares can raise body temp.

I wear an Oura ring and yes, whenever I flare my body temp goes about 0.3 -0.4 C up with the areas where I experience pain even hotter


Diagnosed with AS at 30, HLAB-27+, struggling with chronic IBS since I was 10, still learning how to cope with both...

yes in the winter my wife likes when I have hot hands...not as much in the summer
