Hi everyone, I haven't been here as much as I'd like and I'm missing y'all. Just getting over a hip issue but I can at least walk a bit again. Getting some injections over the next weeks to see if that will help. Otherwise I'm just doing some gentle stretches and gentle walking every day. Goooooo team!
