Hiya,
volteren is quite an abrasive nsaid, so watch your gastro as well, for you to be in that much pain still might be better if you ask for a proper pain killer like tramadol, or parecetomol and codeine so you can stay functional, get some respite and for sleeping.
Heating yourslef and hot baths can be very helpful..........
