Anyone just can't sleep?? Is this normal? Is this our lot in life? If it's due to the disease is there help? I have to function the next day...I work at the hospital...I have to do a good job...and socialize too but it doesn't looky grinny with no sleep! looks like this My doc just declined my refill of ambien, and I have yet to call and ask because it's the weekend but it does pose an interesting situation for me. Maybe there's a better way to rest at night than 5mg ambien, 1 tramadol or vicoden (depending on excruciation)1 800mg skelaxin and a calms forte. I'm just wondering if I'm normal and if y'all sleep noramlly maybe I'm addicted or something.
