I haven't posted in a while. I still read what's happening here. I'm slowly trying to get out of this hermit lifestyle. I just want to sit in the dark and not deal. My pain is kicking my butt. I'm always tired and sore. It's hard to sit here at the PC.
I am wondering when I should have my son tested for the HLAB-27 gene ? He is eleven 11. He complains that his ankles and back feel funny and hurt. I am not sure if these are growing pains or if he may have AS. He makes me wonder, because he shows signs like he may have AS. At what age do they test kids? Is he too young? I pray he doesn't have to go through life with this. What are the medical options do we have if he does? I certainly don't think they would use some of the meds I have received.
I'm not sure if I"m being paranoid. Can someone let me know if they been through this? Please. Thank you.
