Hello all,
Well, the prelims are over and the real dental fun starts today. We did the major cleaning over two appointments last month, and now it's time to start the big stuff. In about 20 minutes, I leave to go get one tooth pulled. That will be followed quickly by a bridge put into the gap where the tooth was and crowns on the teeth on either side of the extracted tooth. While I'm not exactly looking forward to any of this, I will be glad to get it done and over with, esp. this particular extraction--the tooth in question has had two more pieces break off in the past three days, so obviously its WAYYY past time for this to happen.
My mom is down to drive me to and from the appointment, so I'm sure I'll be well taken care of after I get home this afternoon. No matter how old you get, still nice to have mom come over and take care of you!
I'll let everyone know how it went later today, as long as I feel ok, which I'm sure I will.
