Used to make these all the time, but they're very dark green after baking-so not good to iodine test and I'm not willing to try them as pain is too good of a motivator for avoidance. I miss having the crunchy/salty foods and these are both. They're also really good for you if they don't make you hurt. Just wondering if anybody had tried them and found out one way or another. If you've not heard of them-It's JUST kale(or bok choy or collard greens), oil, agave syrup and salt-baked until crisp. Appreciate any info out there.
