I have had so many of the injections. It might be uncomfortable but hurt per se, I wouldn't say that. You probably hurt more every day than this will hurt. My problem has been that it just hasn't helped much. The epidural injections were like water to me. We didn't even do all of the series. I get injected in my joints much more often than is recommended.

I got injections right before Christmas and he is wanting to do them again but I guess my stubborn streak is coming out. I don't want anything that is not a "have to" at this point.

PT now that is have to. She is helping me especially with the ultra sound with steroids and the cold laser treatments. They are new to me.

Today she gave me TWO exercises, 4 reps 2 times. Boy reaching out there. She is so afraid that we will injure the muscle again and we are working on strengthening the other leg to take some of the pressure. Makes sense listening to it.

I thought of you a lot today. You know how crazy things have been around here. That is why you haven't heard from me but we are getting it together and I will be surprising you with call. Of course you probably won't know who it is with these chipmunk cheeks. LOL I am SO glad we don't have a web cam. Haven't even been on it with my grands. I look terrible.
