Hey John

Thanks so much for that, it has really made me think.

I can now see why a distinction needs to be made between the two diets.

I remember when Prof. Ebringer first put me on the LSD diet, like you, that wasn't good enough for me and from day one I did NSD. How to pin-point what low starch actually meant was far too hazy for me and I wanted to make sure I gave myself maximum chance of success. Also I was in such a state that I needed quick results!!

I am an all or nothing person, I find I can give starch up completely but as soon as I let a bit in - I do not notice it creeping in more and more each day - which is how I ended up flaring after all this time.

I am going to seriously consider going starch free for life. If I can give up smoking when my partner and friends still do - I'm sure I can kick the starch.

Is it possible to download Prof. Ebringers foreword in Carol Sinclair's new updated diet book? I tried for ages on the net yesterday and had no luck. Am really interested to read what he says.

Thanks again, John grin
