My cost went through the roof. However, they are settling down.

1. Go to a wholesaler and buy frozen berries, fish and spinach in bulk. The fish I am buying is excellent and is obviously frozen immediately. Berries are half the cost compared to the cheapest supermarket. Frozen spinach is a great way to fill up. I eat between 750 to 900g per day. I buy it 10kg at a time. It lasts about 12 to 14 days.

2. Do you live near an Aldi? This again reduced my costs.

Its hard I know but if your staple is eggs, spinach and fish plus coconut slices you can eat for about $70-80 per week. Maybe this sounds a lot but if you are investing in your health...
