Celiac disease means you have a gene that makes one EXTRA vulnerable to the damaging effects of gluten, but anybody who has a gut in less-than-perfect condition is likely to have problems with gluten -- and thus likely to show up as gluten intolerant on the IgG test. It is no coincidence that wheat is one of the top food sensitivities throughout the wheat-eating parts of the world...

I recently got the IgG food sensitivity test done too, and gluten showed up for me as well. However I'm pretty sure I do NOT have celiac disease; I'm married to someone way more sensitive to gluten than I am, who might actually have celiac. Instead, like the majority of people with auto-immune diseases, I've just got a damaged gut which is sensitive to gluten.
