It has been a real strain on my pedigree. I can lift the kids at church when they run up to me for a hug, but if I drop a dollar bill at the check out counter after shopping for 15 minutes, I can just barely reach down to get it.
Lon, it's just not worth straining your pedigree for
$1. I always remember the back surgeon's advice...if you drop the soap in the shower, leave it there--too many back surgeries have resulted from people attempting to pick up the soap. When we were kids, we always picked up pennies but as we age and get AS the stakes go higher.
Now I wouldn't bend over to pick up anything lower than $20 bill, $10 bill OK well maybe for $5 bill I would think about it.
